These Terms of Service govern your use of TelegramFXBacktest. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TelegramFXBacktest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Description of the service
TelegramFXBacktest is a web application that allows users to connect their Telegram account, select signal channels, and simulate how those signals would have performed against historical Forex price data. The Service is hosted separately from this marketing website at app.telegramfxbacktest.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. The Service is not available to users in jurisdictions where its use would be prohibited by law.
Account registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
Telegram integration
By connecting your Telegram account, you grant us read-only access to the specific channels you select. You represent that you have the right to access those channels and that your use of the integration complies with Telegram's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram. You may revoke access at any time from your Telegram settings.
No financial advice
TelegramFXBacktest is a backtesting and analysis tool only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. Past performance of a signal channel as shown in a backtest does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (1) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (2) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk; (3) share your account credentials with others; (4) use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; (5) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; or (6) use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Subscriptions and billing
The Free tier is available at no cost with a 7-day backtest limit. The Early Adopter paid plan is billed annually. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but no partial refunds are issued for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details on refund eligibility.
Intellectual property
All content, software, and technology comprising the Service — including but not limited to the signal parsing engine, equity curve calculations, and user interface — is owned by TelegramFXBacktest and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes only.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that backtest results will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TelegramFXBacktest and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
