Refund Policy
We want to be transparent about how refunds work at TelegramFXBacktest. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
When refunds are available
A full refund is available if you have subscribed to the Early Adopter plan and have not yet executed any backtest simulation. If no simulation has been run, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment by contacting us at the email address below.
When refunds are not available
Once a backtest simulation has been executed — even a single run — we are unable to issue a refund. Running a simulation consumes AI processing infrastructure (signal parsing, historical data retrieval, equity curve computation) and those costs are incurred immediately and are non-recoverable on our end.
Free tier
The Free tier involves no payment and therefore no refund applies. You may stop using the free tier at any time with no action required.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing period — your access continues until the end of the current period.
Early adopter price lock
If you cancel your Early Adopter subscription, your locked-in price is forfeited. Re-subscribing after cancellation will be at the then-current price, which may be higher than the original early adopter rate.
How to request a refund
To request a refund (if eligible), email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 2 business days.
Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
